Main 1: Wagu beef cheek, the diced beef cheek is very smooth and soft but the sauce is a bit too salty, plus I don't know if it's cuz the air con is strong, dish gets cold rather quickly while we chat, when dish gone cold, it would never taste gd~
Main 2: risotto with tomato sauce and seafood, the risotto is nicely done to retain the texture of the rice, but other than it tastes ordinary, it has quite a lot if seafood tho
Main 3: fish in lobster sauce? The fish is ok soft but not creamy enough, just ok
Main 4: suckling pig, the sauce is something new, skin ok crispy but I can't stand that smell with pork and meat not particularly soft and juicy, at this price point it's reasonable to hope for better, unfortunately I find this dish done not as good as another Spanish restaurant I tried recently with much lower price point, in terms of juiciness, balance between the fat and meat, smell of the pork and crispness of the skin
Apple tart with vanilla ice cream, taste normal, nothing special
I hv high hope for this as it has been selected as one of the restaurant in the restaurant week but coming out disappointed, I don't know if they would do a better job for dinner or just the same, but at this price point for lunch you hv many many choices even for central and admiralty.
