Urban City Diner (已結業)

I had breakfast here yesterday morning and order the scrambled eggs with country bread. The eggs were way over cooked, but the bread was delicious.The service was horrible. The manager seemed really annoyed we would ask for water and took forever to bring us 2 cups. I wouldn't recommend coming here for breakfast. Maybe dinner service is better.
