Food
Somewhat disappointed due to the lack of surprise for the price and dishes were a little small.
Dishes done well included: Deep Fried Fillet Garoupa (tasty and not oily), Peking Duck (skinned very finely -
without the fat and meat, but the number of pieces was limited - we finished all the skin and had plenty pancakes
leftover), Spare Ribs with Onion (crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside).
Dishes below average: Scallops with Crab Roe (the smell and taste was very fishy - suspect due to the crab roe),
Lobster in XO sauce (lobster meat was in shreds - you could hardly taste the meat - would've preferred a higher
price with more substance/meat).
Service
Friendly service and proactive in arranging baby seating for us when we first arrived.
Waitors did not offer any recommendations.
Throughout the meal, service was untidy - serving dishes on the "lazy susan" / table was a bit messy as we had
more dishes than space available and dishes were being spilt when being moved around.
Changing of plates could have been move frequent to keep the tables tidy.
Servers during the meal was less friendly (less smiles - always a much better experience when services is with
a smile - usually expect this from 5 star hotels.
Environment
We had a round table in the corner with plenty of space for additional items (bags, prams) and for babies to run
around. Environment was spacious, well lit and sufficient ambience for a chinese restaurant. Deco was modern,
clean and tidy. Cutlery was clean and well laid out.
