Hadn't been to Geese In Place for like a year because last time during the pandemic, the food quality dropped a lot. Probably because they were very quiet and prepared too much food. We still wanted to give this restaurant one more try and we made the right decision. The food quality has returned to their normal standard.The goose was served warm and even the breast was still tender. The oyster congee took quite a while as they had a full house of customers. Less MSG than before, lots of oysters
