I have been coming to Choi's Kitchen for few years now... whether i bring a small group or large group,  it is never disappointing.  Chef Choi and his family run a family-style, HK specialty restaurant which gives their customers a warm and cozy feeling inside.  They pride themselves in serving the freshest seafood and made-to-order dishes.  One of the things I was most impressed with is that they do not serve certain dishes if they felt the ingredients are not good enough.  An example is their house specialty Salt and Pepper Fried Cuttlefish, this dish is very common in HK but i would say this is hands down the best one in town! I went there on a couple occasions where Chef Choi went early in the morning to source the ingredients and didnt like the cuttlefish that day, so he doesnt serve it at their restaurant.  He doesnt jeopardise quality if it is not fresh, that is why they are able to uphold their standards every time im there.  The Clay pot rice is probably the best in HK as well, where they make a perfect crusted rice (饭蕉) on the bottom of the pot.  But this does take some time since its made to order, about 45 mins to 60 mins per pot.  So be sure to order this at the beginning!
Must get dishes...
- salt and pepper fried cuttlefish (椒盐鲜鱿)
- clay pot rice (煲仔饭)
- sweet and sour pork (古老肉)
- beef brisket soup (牛腩煲)
- steamed razor clams (清蒸圣子)
