A friend was leaving HK so had dinner with her at IZA because there is a train direct to the airport from Elements.Started with some skewers which were all grilled perfectly.I definitely recommend the fish because it costs around $100 and normally it costs 3 times as much.The fish was delicate and the skin was crispy complimented nicely by the refreshing sauces and lemon.
