Just wanted a quick dinner the other night and I thought it's nice to have Cha Chaan Teng once a while. Sometimes I just want junk food. How about you? Lol...Luncheon meat with black caviar. Scrambled egg on top was terrific! I think you can tell just by looking at this photo. Luncheon meat and shredded meat sauce always made the rice tasty. Yummy~~ Oh, umm... I think it's normal that I saw the caviar, but couldn't really taste it in a cha chaan teng? Lol... so it's ok. Overall, that was one evi

Grilled Chicken Thigh with pork floss and Red Bean Drink with ice-cream. Umm.. the red bean drink with ice-cream was a must in a cha chaan teng, so classic. Haha... Ok, this one here, again, the silky smooth scrambled egg was amazing. I didn't like the chicken on this dish though, it's a bit dry for me.
