We begin the night with some cocktails, I have ordered Stirling first. It is infused sake and coconut mescal, then topped with a layer of the matcha and banana foam. Frankly the color isn’t that appealing, but it looks a lot better with the lavender. You can taste the coconut flavor and the banana flavor is rather strong, you can hardly taste the matcha.

Another cocktail is Rote Sau, it is more than just tasting the cocktail, it requires your nose as well. Release the mist at the bottom, you can smell a strong smoky sense. The cocktail itself also carries a hint of smoky taste and a bit of sourness. The presentation is amazing, I am sure girls will like it.

Since Mercedes Benz is a German brand, instead of some normal bread basket, they serve their House Made Pretzel. The mini ball shaped pretzels are softer and less salty than the regular pretzel, yet the magic touch is the maple butter beside them. The butter is infused with maple syrup, the sweet, flavorful and buttery taste is fascinated with the pretzels. Anyone would be in love with it and we cannot resist to have another one of it.

Up next is an appetizer, Ramen Organic Egg. It is sort of an upgraded devil egg, a slice of the raw wagyu beef underneath the soft boiled egg that topped with sea urchin. You suppose to wrap the egg and the fillings with the raw wagyu beef, all the rich flavors work perfectly with each other. Those crispy garlic and chopped chives definitely add a bit of the refreshing taste, NAILED IT!!

The following appetizer is Scallop Tartare, the scallops and white radish have been diced into small pieces. They are covered with almond granola and the very light green sauce (the photo seem to be yellow) under that is actually avocado aioli. Gently mix all the ingredients with the sauce, the texture is fabulous, is soft and crunchy at the same time. NOM NOM~

Soon, the super appealing Steak Tartare has been served to us. There is a niche of baikal caviar on the top of each bites and the pink tartare is bottomed with the gravy bread. The whole dish is full of textures and is completely flavourful, no one can say no to it!

Down to main courses, the Australian Wagyu Sirloin has arrived the table. Pick up one of the pieces, you are able to see that gorgeous and mouthwatering pinkish meat in the middle!!! It is pairing with an orange Korean barbecue sauce, it is slightly spicy and absolutely match with the beef flavor. I love the sirloin isn’t that fatty and the meat is rather tender, this is exactly how a good sirloin should be!

The second main course is Spanned Crab Linguine, the rolled linguine is topped and decorated with sea urchin, bottarga and herbs. It is a bit spicy, but the linguine is cooked perfectly and all the flavors work well together. Nevertheless, it is quite to notice the crab meat though.

As for the dessert, we have tried two oddly amazing dishes, one is Jerusalem Artichoke and one is Brown Butter Cake. The first one is a popsicle coated with local organic honey, dill and filled with Jerusalem artichoke ice. The Jerusalem artichoke taste similar to ginger, so this dessert is quite refreshing and definitely for the hot summer~~ Another one is Brown Butter Cake, the rectangle shaped of caramel and almond parfait is sided a scoop of iced beetroot. The combination of the nutty sweet flavor and the light sweet beet taste is oddly cooperated, also it won’t be sweetness overload.
