Chorizo taco, I was expecting sliced chorizo inside, instead it was a very moist and flavourful filling of minced beef with onions, nicely spiced and very well balanced with the guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
Corn was halved and then quartered lengthwise, think it was either steamed or boiled then grilled and seasoned with garlic, onion, cheese powder and some other spice (nutmeg?) that very much accented the flavour. Anyway, one of the best grilled corn i had in hkg.
Their open kitchen is quite small and the chef's a humungous guy, with a few tiny helpers working around him, quite funny watching them in action, feels like watching The Boss on TLC
Worth paying a visit or having a few chilled out drinks, but if you are a heavy whiskey drinker, steer away otherwise you end up with a humongous bill.
PS The smiley face given for the food.
