Deep Fried PigeonIt is different from the normal dish I used to have in chinese restaurant, normally they cut into 4 pieces before taking to cook. As we were talking to the chef, he explained, deep frying the whole pigeon can help to keep its taste.
Im great bf's aunt is well satisfied with my choice of restaurant as she came all the way from Yuen Long . Definitely will come again soon!!!!!!
