Finally tried all their flavors

There was a meet and greet here today and I decided to have light lunch here before my afternoon tea.Out of all the flavors, I have not tried Citrus yet so I decided to try it (finally).The souffle pancake being the most airy has always been my favorite point. I also love there is not that much cream on the dish. For the flavors, you have to eat both the sauce and the topping together. The sauce was a actually a bit too tarty even for my taste though the citris fruit was seasoned with sugar maki

 The souffle pancake being the most airy has always been my favorite point. I also love there is not that much cream on the dish. For the flavors, you have to eat both the sauce and the topping together. The sauce was a actually a bit too tarty even for my taste though the citris fruit was seasoned with sugar making it a bit too sweet. If the flavors were a bit more balanced or if the server had introduced how to enjoy this dessert, I would have given it 5 stars but overall it is still a great dessert.
