This is the first time I went to a private room for fine dining. Le Q is in Central nearby The Center. I thought it is the bar downstairs, But when I talked to the waitress there for my reservation, she lets me to the elevator and where I had my dinner is on the fourth floor private room. There are around 10 seats in the private room. Parmesan Risotto
Risotto is one of my favourite Western dishes. The taste was so thick and the cheese gave the risotto a creamy texture. It came with some lobsters and scallops and you could taste the freshness of them. The portion is good enough, especially the seafood.
Pan seared USDA rib eye
The rib eye was medium, came with vegetables and potatoes. The outside were seared perfectly, a little bit crispy but not too much. It was pink inside, juicy and you could have a fatty moist bite.
Chicken Roulade
Chicken wrap of foie gras terrine, mushroom and truffle. It tastes good, not oily at all and I would say kind of fresh which might come from the mushroom and truffle. They matched with each others.
Tiramisu
A very traditional tiramisu, with a soft and creamy texture like eating ice cream. It gave you an extra taste of egg yolk besides the coffee taste. A very classic one.
