first of all, the hygiene really needs some sort of improvement, the cups were so oily and the seats had food debris.secondly, the service was terrible. they did not specify when their last order. a lady just kept on saying this is not available, that is not available. and when we wanted to cancel what we ordered, the cashier guy just rudely told us that he entered the items in the machine already (probably need some communication with that lady, don't you think?)the atmosphere was supposed to b
