Onsen egg is perfectly cooked showing great handling of cooking time. This is the best dish to bring out the aroma of the truffles without overpowering it with other smell or taste. The delicate aroma of truffle greeted me first before my tongue could taste it. Eat with your nose first !!!
Lots of cheese, prefer slight less cheese personally. Though the pizza is thin, it is quite filling for one person
Dessert has something special
Sichuan pepper with mint sauce. Wow, this absolutely tastes great to me! The sauce is better than the cake . Cake looks pretty with the red coloring but the taste is just pretty normal. Blind folded, you won't tell if it is any different from a normal cake.
