Chiu Hing has long been established within the Wan Chai area and often open till very late.  The brisket is great fat and juicy! but you can choose non fat parts. My personal favourite is the fish noodles. It comes with some vegetables inside but I find it the superior option and most satisfying. You're better off ordering a whole load of items like Cart Style Noodles with Fish Noodles. You would be paying a similar price and be a lot more satisfied.
