Just been to the Andante restaurant at Novotel Tung Chung Hotel, totally disappointed. Not the taste of food as the value for I dont have any expectation as they serve general as the hotel buffet has, so fine for this. The subject and the advertisment said Flower but I never find any flower decoration, display or attraction on the dishes, that means if you dont look at the dish plate name, you wont discover they add any taste of flowers to the dishes or drinks. More hope Novotel wld see this a

More hope Novotel wld see this and MUST improve. All hot drinks served at self pick up bar but too free for tea bags and sugar. All I see people soak the tea bags for less than 15 seconds than throw away, add half bag of sugar than throw away .......... Since that is a small coffe cup can pour about 50 ml water, why dont they consider to supply a bigger mug or to save with share pot of tea and sugar.
