The appetizer starts with light and refreshing mini tuna tart and garden green salad. You may also choose the creamy delicious carrot and pumpkin chestnut cream soup.
For the main course, you may choose from the carbonara penne with bacon, salted egg, parmesan cheese; Pan-roast halibut fillet with okra, crab meat cream sauce; or Slow-cooked red wine beef cheeks with mashed potato and carrot.
The carbonara was well-made with creamy texture. The lean halibut fish fillet has a mild, sweet tasting, firm flesh. The halibut pairs well with the crab and seasonings. The beef cheek was packed with very rich savory beef flavor notes with a unique super soft mouthfeel that cannot be replicated by any other cut of beef.
The set ended with an elegant, moist and delicious crispy chocolate mousse cake.
Fleur means flower in French, a symbol of romance, and Dean means "master", everyone who loves flowers is a master of flower art! The lunch menu is $148 per set. You may also enjoy hookah in the restaurant.
