Opening its first store in Hong Kong in 2016, the store specialises in fluffy pancakes and confectioneries. The store uses premium Japanese flour and 3.6 fresh milk to make the pancakes soft and sweet.Whether it is tea-flavoured or paired with fresh fruits and syrup, the pancakes are served hot and fluffy. The ice cream on the side balanced the sweetness of the entire dish. It is by far one of my favourite dessert. What’s best is that the ice cream is served on the side, so that it doesn’t melt
