fly in my drink

Our coworkers and I booked this place in advance for a lunch gathering.  The food was quite good with the appy salads very fresh and refreshing and the main was very savory and good quality for the price we paid.  However, when my drink arrived which comes with the set lunch, the drink - iced coffee with milk looked a bit different as I see a black spot in my ice.  I used my straw to stir and found that it's actually a fly.  We gave back the drink to the waiter but was only offered a VIP card fo

Our coworkers and I booked this place in advance for a lunch gathering.  The food was quite good with the appy salads very fresh and refreshing and the main was very savory and good quality for the price we paid.  However, when my drink arrived which comes with the set lunch, the drink - iced coffee with milk looked a bit different as I see a black spot in my ice.  I used my straw to stir and found that it's actually a fly.  We gave back the drink to the waiter but was only offered a VIP card for our future visits.  I would not come back for whatever discount they are going to give!
