Wooloomooloo, geeze it brings back lots of memories....Sydney 有間好出名食 Hotdog 的地方叫 Harry on De Wheels 就係要特登去一個叫 Wooloomooloo 的地方食。Reservation 的時候,個 waitress 話會好快 serve 到野食....但事實並不是如此。一點多坐底已經立即 order grilled Australian beef tenderloin & goose liver pate with sauteed potato, spinach and Au Jus and also pumpkin soup with pine nuts。一路飲台版 perrier $50 一樽,一路等左 45 mins 先終於見到個 pumpkin soup....跟住要再等多15 mins 先出到個 main course...需知道 lunch is only 1 hour and waiting for the food took 1 hr !!! This place can't do party size....cos when there are more people, the sevice just becomes really slow....they insisted to serve the whole table with food on the same time.....i.e. the cook have to finish with the cooking before serving = waiting and waiting for customers....I reckon lunch should be more flexible with the serving time。
Pumpkin soup 等左 45 mins 以為佢好有料到,但原來很稀,一 d 都無 pumpkin soup 應該要有 d 南瓜絲....亦都唔夠味,要自己加鹽同 pepper。另一 appetizer 係雞 salad,味道聽講幾好味。
Beef, although the waitress marked down how should it be cooked, but finally when the beef / lamb arrived, was either too rare or too well done....
The food tasted great though...一開始覺得 d 牛有 d 乾,跟住每一塊牛配上一小塊鵝肝一起咀嚼反而味道真的不錯!讚!個 potato 有 d crispy 既感覺真係幾好味!佢有 s sauce English mustard 個 d 俾你點,但要 remind 佢先有,但大家都已經食左一半....
Drinks 如果叫 coffee 仲有 2 X cookies 伴杯 叫 drinks 既時候諗住快 d 叫幾多杯乜咁,點知個 waitress 發晦氣話唔好,因為佢要逐個問記低每個位叫 d 乜 drinks...
最後因為同事生日 request 左個 complimentary cake,呵呵,有ice-cream係chocolate cake 上面,looks yum~~
Food 真係俾好高分, service 認真麻麻,慢、錯、漏,最好 dinner 先黎。
