this restaurant in fact is a nice place to go for dim sum. high food quality with relaxing seating. however, the recent few visits brought serious disappointment.this is just all to do with the reservation service. We had been there on Sunday most of the time, and lately we needed to wait for like 20 mins before we could get seated. this is just all to do with the reservation service. We had been there on Sunday most of the time, and lately we needed to wait for like 20 mins before we could get seated. This reflects bad management on reservation arrangement, which as well interprets too-aggressive business-making objectives.
Such long waiting time (we waited for 35 mins on last visit made on Jan1, 2009) is *acceptable* for some common class if restaurant but for sure NOT in here.
Not to mention they basically dont have seatings arranged while you waited, all everybody just crowded at the entrance - terribly bad experience. Not to mention if you need to carry kids or with eldery for the lunch.
Overall feel very sad that the whole dining experience was killed by simply bad reservation arrangement. Think their management needs to look into this seriously before they can win quality customers back.
