Service of this place, considering its price, is horrible. Staff were talking with each other and giggling while spooning shark fin into bowls for us. Plus it was only 9:30 and the staff were constantly pacing around my table looking at their watches and being impatient. With this kind of crappy service, I'm not surprised why this place was empty while other restaurants in Times Square were full. Even the supposed manager was goofing off with the rest of them.
