Food is good, BUT they don’t open on time

We’ve been going to this shop since it opened years ago, and we’ve always like the salad and the soup there. The problem now is that they don’t open on time. It says on Openrice that it should open at 11:30am, but I went there at 11:50am and the gate was still half closed. I asked the staff and they told me they’ll only open “after 12” as they’ve just arrived the shop. Dunno if the owner has changed already, if he sees this post, hope he can be aware of this
