Food is good, Service is so-so

The food at this place is healthy and tastes good. I ordered a combo set with a chicken avocado sandwich, quarter chickens, 2 sides, lattes, and cappuccinos. The sandwich took a while to heat up, and there was a delay in getting the drinks as well as they forgot to prepare my hot dish! Another customer mistakenly took one of my drinks, and the lady at the counter didn't check our receipts or apologize. After finishing the sandwich and some of the drinks, I had to remind the counter lady about my

The food at this place is healthy and tastes good. I ordered a combo set with a chicken avocado sandwich, quarter chickens, 2 sides, lattes, and cappuccinos. The sandwich took a while to heat up, and there was a delay in getting the drinks as well as they forgot to prepare my hot dish! Another customer mistakenly took one of my drinks, and the lady at the counter didn't check our receipts or apologize. After finishing the sandwich and some of the drinks, I had to remind the counter lady about my quarter chicken and sides, which had already been chosen. Only then did she prepare it. The service was inefficient, and there were no apologies for the mistakes.
