Food is okay, but poor service

So far the food is okay but their customer service has a lot of room to improve. The receptionist showed an unwelcoming attitude when we were making a reservation for lunch. After being seated, the waitress notified us that our dining time could only be an hour due to overbooking, even we have made a reservation in advance (no one informed us until we showed up for lunch). It took around 20-25 mins to get the food ready, so basically we only had half an hour to finish our meals (if you’re lookin

After being seated, the waitress notified us that our dining time could only be an hour due to overbooking, even we have made a reservation in advance (no one informed us until we showed up for lunch). It took around 20-25 mins to get the food ready, so basically we only had half an hour to finish our meals (if you’re looking for a place to enjoy a proper meal and spend time with friends or families, you’d prefer elsewhere). If this was a fast food restaurant then this service would be understandable. In terms of food quality, it is acceptable. Service quality is poor given its price range. Although this branch is newly opened, the restaurant still needs to train their staff better in customer service, reservation management and operation efficiency.
