They have special promotion for fish burger..I try it...taste really good and fresh ....but after I ordered the food , the give me a beeper..something like I saw in taiwan foodcourt...but I am confused should I wait at the seat or I should go out to pick up...becasue on top the beeper sticker it said both way...and after few mins...the beeper have signal ..so I went out to pick up my food...but the staff said his colleague is trying to find where I sit and deliver to me...asked me to go back to
I don't understand why they using it in this way...I went to city super foodcount and they been using the same beeper thing ....but that one can show you clearly where should you pcik up the food....
I think mos burger should just do it in totally self service....just like the way I saw the restaurant using it in taiwan or korea. When I having the burger...the ppl seat next to my table also asked should they go out to pick up or just wait...I think they should improve the operation mode to advoid the confusion.
