Really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I rarely leave negative reviews but I have to really advise against coming here, especially if you have a big group.My friend booked out the entire bottom floor for her birthday at 9:00pm, and we were only seated at 9:30pm. We had 15+ people waiting in the rain. I would be willing to overlook this as I understand that delays are sometimes unavoidable, but we were promised a lot of things prior to this event that were denied at entrance (
My friend booked out the entire bottom floor for her birthday at 9:00pm, and we were only seated at 9:30pm. We had 15+ people waiting in the rain. I would be willing to overlook this as I understand that delays are sometimes unavoidable, but we were promised a lot of things prior to this event that were denied at entrance (e.g allowing us to decorate the venue, allowing us to order drinks outside while we wait, etc.)
Food (speaking for the tasting menu) was mediocre and service was consistently terrible throughout the night. We received a lot of attitude for opting to order for a single margarita as opposed to a jug, as they were extremely watered down.
I've always been a fan of Black Sheep restaurants and have never had any issues at their other restaurants. I highly recommend checking out their other ones, but do yourself a favour and avoid this one.
