It was a delectable appetizer that made with finely cut salmon cubes, mixed with salmon roe and tobiko which AKA the flying fish roe, and also some pickled mustard greens for a nice hint of savoriness.😋 Quite a fusion combination to savory on crispy wonton chips instead of some regular crackers!

It was a pasta that cooked with an unexpected but stunning twist.🙈 I’ve never thought seasoning an al dente linguine with spring onions and Chinese yellow wine would be so surprisingly delectable!🍝
The dish comes with four seared shrimps and a meaty tiger prawn in the middle, which flawlessly accompanied the sweet and slightly pungent linguine.👌🏻

Being a huge fan of char-siu, ordering this dish was certainly a no-brainer!🤙🏻 The slow-cooked Iberico char-siu had an incredible balance on the juicy fat and the succulent meat; perfectly flavored with some seaweed and a runny-egg!😋
Once you get a great mix of every ingredient and the aromatic pork fat rice, it would be a mouthful of satisfaction that’s greasy and tasty all at once.🥢
