I am always a fan of La Parole, not only off their amazing food and the story behind is very meaningful as they are Social Enterprise. This time they hosted a wine dinner, French food with wines, it’s heaven! Party starts right away when I arrived, waitress serving around with some welcome snacks and different wines to go with them. The one with scallop is amazing, scallop was slightly cooked. Only the welcome snacks wow me already. Then the dinner begins, starter is “Mache” Salad with Smoked

Party starts right away when I arrived, waitress serving around with some welcome snacks and different wines to go with them. The one with scallop is amazing, scallop was slightly cooked. Only the welcome snacks wow me already.
Then the dinner begins, starter is “Mache” Salad with Smoked Salmon and Goat Cheese Cream, pairing with Scamandre White. Cheese always goes well with White Wine. I loved this beautiful dish, the salad balance out the rich taste of the goat cheese and smoked salmon.
Main course is Premium Spanish Ham Tube with Baby Salad and Savoy Croustille and the Challans Duck Breast in Red Wine Sauce with Vegetables and truffle mashed potatoes, both pairing with the Scamandre Red. The famous French dish Challans Duck Breast is perfectly cooked, crispy and juicy. The red wine sauce is being well seasoning.
I am already very tipsy, this fresh dessert Raspberry Vanilla Tart with Strawberry Sorbet wakes me up a little lol.
I will join again their wine dinner for defo!
