It’s oyster time! Chewy but soft like butter, firm but silky like cream. Tastes so fresh that it even gives a tint of melon-like sweetness🍈🦪Wasn’t a big fan of oysters before. I was just going for a happy hour time with colleagues and they ordered that. It was fresher and tasted much smoother than expected. Not too fishy at all.
