My daugther and I are both sushi lover. We went to Sushi Sooshi at Tsim Sha Tsui as a Friday treat for my gal because she performanced very well at school.This sushi bar was not very spacious but yet very neat and gave very good vibes which are very enticing to me. The staff were also attentive. Although Lunch Menu was provided but we still wanted to go for à la carte as I would like something special.Hokkaido Sea Urchin Gunkan $68Urchin was so impressively fresh! Seared Sushi is always my love.Prime Fatty Tuna,Salmon,Flounder Fin were unforgottably fresh and my heart was melt once I put them in my mouth!
Seared Kanimiso with Botanebi $48
Kanimiso and botanebi was perfect match! The ebi was beautifully tender.
I ordered a bottle of soft drink and some tamago and eel sushi for my daughter. She was so satisfied with this meal!
