I am surprised that only one shop is listed on OpenRice when there are four branches, two in Tseung Kwan O, one in Lai Chi Kok and one in Kwun Tong according to the bag!Anyway, saw this big bowl of ark clams, so decided to get one as I was craving for this metallic taste.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Ark clam:I love blood clams but they always give me severe poisoning, so the I got the ark clam because it tastes similar and hope I do not get food poisoning from it.The taste was really nice, the metalli

The texture was slightly crisp.
