I have had steamed seafood before but not like this.At Steam Fresh, they serve Korean style steamed seafood.There are various choices to choose from, the one we had was the Seoul tower.The steam tower works by putting layers of different seafood on each layer and steaming it.The bottom most layer is the one that needs more time steaming so you eat each layer from top to bottom.There are sauces for the seafood.All the seafood was sweet and delicious.Razor clams and clams.Prawns and scallopsCrab:V

The last stage was the best because it was congee and Korean ginseng chicken soup with seafood essence.
The seafood and congee was surprisingly filling and there is a sink for you to wash your hands before you go.
Next time I will come with more people to try the other towers that they offer.
