A nice & newly opened Japanese Izakaya in Yuen Long. We arrived at 12 and soon it got super busy, so it’s ideal to come here for an early lunch to avoid the crowd! We tried their 周末放松二人餐, which consisted of three kinds of proteins all cooked differently. We really liked their Atsuyaki A5 Wagyu Cutlet 🤤 the fat just melts in your mouth, and when you top it with the crunchy garlic bits and spring onion, it just adds another texture to the bite of yummy Wagyu cut 😜 Our second favorite was their 池鱼s

Our second favorite was their 池鱼sashimi! They topped it with some yuzu sauce which made it extra refreshing for these hot summer days ☀️Not a typical choice of sashimi for me, so I’m glad it was offered in this set for me to try something new.
They then served two iced Bergamot teas, one with butterfly pea and the other with pitaya - I really appreciated their effort to make their drinks pretty as a Japanese Izakaya 😂 The drinks weren’t too sweet, which was perfect for me!
To end the meal, we had a corn on the cob and grilled chicken skewer. The corn was one of my favorites as it was nicely coated with butter and salt 🤤
Would come back again and try their lunch sets, as they were all around $80 and without 10% service charge on weekdays!
