was gathering with friends last night, a party of six...the restaurant was surprisingly quiet on friday night so we didnt need to wait to get a table. the hostess brought us to a half booth and half chairs table, thats really nice... starters:
popcorn shrimp
shrimp is fresh and hot served, with the sweet sour sauce, yummy!
bloomin onion
wow the onion is big big big that we couldnt finish it, yet the deep fried onion is perfect match the ranch dressing
bushmushroom
huh~i love this most, juicy mushroom is fresh and the taste is perfect when you dip the cool ranch sauce....nice...
aussie cheese fries
melted cheese and bacon bites on top of the french fries, a must have item when you visit outback
entree:
we ordered two steak entree which it comes with a bowl of soup or salad, thus we four guys wanna share so we chose two salad, one house salad with honey mustard dressing and a caesar salad
these two salad are served by frozen bowls, make a fresh green look.... especially i like the caesar one as the crouton is crispy and the rich smell cheese....traditional taste..
entree:
16oz prime rib, frame grilled style, medium doneness
the doneness of the meat was exactly what we ordered, mid pink reddish in centre with light brown
the au juice served on side could enhance the beef taste to perfect
side dish we chose two sweet potatos, topped with honey butter, brown sugar and cinnammon, its the food item i never missed everytime i come to outback, highly recommend! couldn't find any replacement that better than here!

another good cooking way for a good quality steak
angus beef tastes better than other steak on menu, of course the selling price is higher though its worth
we ordered two rice pilaf as side dishes, a rich chicken oil taste rice, with a little bit red pepper...smell good
main cause:
barbeque ribs
we ordered a full rack, the bbq sauce pasted on the 12 grilled ribs, yummy yummy!
(personnally i prefer this ribs to the one in tony roma's, even tony roma's is famous in ribs, yet i guess i have been dinning in outback for many years so the first good ribs i tried is always the best...haha}
lamb chop
another must try item....
oh one dish only had four pieces, how to share? so we played paper, sicssor, stone.... who wins can get one piece...lol
of course i won a chop finally, tasted specially good....haha
dessert:
chocolate thunder...
we were too full to order anymore... one dessert was more than enough....so we had one and two bites as a sweet dinning ending.... cold icecream and warm brownie in one bite.... delicious....
we were having a very nice time, chat all night long with such good food.... the atmosphere here is suitable for gathering and dating...i think i will bring my boyfriend to here another time....
