Fresh Fruit Flan composed of shortcut pastries with custard and a thin layer of sponge decorated with assorted berries and mango. The cake looks ravising, that's why I chose it for my mum's birthday. This one pound Fruit Flan costs $240 and I don't think it's worth the price after having a taste of it. The shortcut pastries is not crispy enough and the custard not creamy.
And I'm not at all satisfied with the white chocolate birthday message (costs me an extra $5). The white chocolate is too thick and it looks rather clumpsy on such a small birthday cake. Take a look at the poor penmanship of the birthday message! I expected something nicer from resturants/cafes as pricy as COVA.
