This is a new restaurant in the area, so it was not required to wait for the table.We started a ginger alcohol drink along with some appetizers such as Garlicky Wings and Blacken Shrimp. I like the crispy skin of the wings. For the shrimp, it is pretty chewy with strong black pepper taste which is good to go with drinks. The most impressive dish would be the French Yellow Spring Chicken. I can't find the strong green taste of the brussel sprouts which the sauce has successfully covered with

The most impressive dish would be the French Yellow Spring Chicken. I can't find the strong green taste of the brussel sprouts which the sauce has successfully covered with other side dishes like potato and bell peppers. It is perfectly matched with the chicken.
Sweet & Sour Ribs are presented with attractive veggie decorations. The peppers are just perfect cooked with not too heavy taste of the sauce as general. On the other hand, Ratatouille is a vegetarian dish with the taste like having meaty dish. In addition, we also had a Spinach Salad with Strawberry & Pecan that its dressing was not too sour of the vinegar and tasty of the pecan. The overall ingredients of all the dishes were fresh and delicious.
As this is a birthday dinner for a friend, so we have asked to prepare a cake in advance. It was a cheesecake with simple decoration. Its cheese taste just perfect and it wouldn't be too much.
