My wife told me that there is a nice fusion restaurant that was recommended by her friends, thus we decided to go try it. Fusion studio was located several minutes walk from Tin Hau MTR.As the name suggests, they served fusion dishes such as Canton cuisine, Japanese and western dishes etc. It includes salad, soup, main course, sashimi, claypot, drinks and desserts etc.French fries was fried till very soft and crispy, with thick texture. Crab roe avocado tiger prawn salad - Avocado was soft and milky, and tiger prawn was fresh and juicy. Crab roe helped to enhance the flavour and it was a good combination.
Braised clams with century egg and minced pork- Gravy was very flavourful and clams was cooked till juicy and chewy and was fat in size. Century egg was soft and minced pork was chewy too.
Crispy pork knuckle - The pork knuckle was huge in size and was cooked till the skin was very thin and crispy. Pork knuckle was flavourful and was chewy too, with layer of fats in between to make it juicy,
