1. Roasted suckling pig with fig paste (Regular) $348- i love the appetizing fig paste but to me there is too much fat given the thin slice 2. Barbecued pork with fig paste $168- my fav of all although the portion is quite small, the pork is roasted just right and there is also some caviar on the side 3. Deep fried fish maw with seaweed $128- have never thought that fish maw can be deep-fried and the crunchy texture goes well with the crispy seaweed 😋 but inside is quite "gluey"4. Double-boiled
