素晴らしい“和”とフレンチの出会い❗️“Figaro” is a very famous Japanese fashion magazine. Being living in JP for 30 years I always missed the Japanese western cuisine, so I tried on a Monday night. The tuna tartar crab roe avocado top white truffle sauce starter was wonderful, hot cheese on olive oil garlic clams with 明太子was very tasty, roasted Iberico Pork rack 250gm was just right not oily, 広岛oyster (big) confit with mixes mushroom fettuccini has such a thick tasty favor….
All ingredients were high grade, owner chef Japanese lady was very friendly speak good Cantonese. Respect their small operation don’t rush them and enjoy your time there.
