Hooped to this famous 𝘴𝘰𝘰𝘭 𝘫𝘪𝘱 (Korean izakaya) nestled in a alley that you would not realise on a Monday night. It was such a hyped place that bring Gangnam to HK. The night club interior with thundering loud music was just lit 🔥짬뽕 𝗝𝗷𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗴It’s the famous spicy seafood noodle🌶 The soup was surprisingly intense with seafood flavour. This showed us that good Korean food could allow other ingredient and flavour to shine even with the spicy kimchi base. Just wish some tofu and a egg for this soup😋

보쌈 𝗯𝗼𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗺
I love the slow cooked pork belly. It was not very fatty but ultra tender. I love the pickled here too. It was crunchy and had some herbal notes! Beside, the vege was put in a lunch box that added the DIY vibe 😆

The obligated rice cake and fish cake dish. Quite an expected flavour but nice to share with friends 👍🏼
해물파전 𝗛𝗮𝗲𝗺𝘂𝗹 𝗣𝗮𝗷𝗲𝗼𝗻
My favourite of the night ❤️ This seafood pancake was super crispy but totally not oily or heavy. The flavour was super good and they got many chewy octopus for texture contrast. I also enjoyed the sour onion dipping a lot too!
막걸리 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗴𝗲𝗼𝗹𝗶
Of course you can’t skip wine here. We opted the rice wine between this and soju. It was easy drinking and sweet! I also love to have my wine in a bowl🤣 But it’s a bit filling after two bowls 😂
