A special treat by a great friend of mine, with a good bottle of white to go with these fish, superb! Since it’s so last min, she ordered the Kaiseki Course for both of us. Due to the pix limitation, I have to leave out the appetizer, the soup (snapper) & desserts. The quality of food is super fresh, Chef Pete definitely know his fish and how to keep these 2 crazy food nerds entertain during the course of dinner. A wonderful evening to be recorded here, and Kitcho is worth the go.
