All the items we ordered were good, but their stir-fried noodles and rice dishes were better than soup noodles. Appetizers were good for sharing. Menu had a variety of choices, so each of us could find something we like. Service was a bit slow at times, but overall atmosphere was fine. My colleague said Elements one was at the average within the same restaurant- Central one being better and CWB one being far worse. If you're not sure what to get, going with pad thai or rice dish is a good choice
