During my previous visits in Dan Wen Li, tho the idea of their products were really creative, but the flavors were often not my cup of tea. The whole danish was not being too sweet. The balance between the fruity fragrant of longnan, the acidity from lime zest and sweetness of custard, was well achieved. The danish was so crispy that the outmost layer was crunchy like potato crisps while the base would not get soggy from the moisture of custard. Would love to try their other danishes in future to see if their quality is stable or not.
