Salted spanish line caught “gadus morhua” white cod with asparagus, mussel and clam broth powder
This was my favourite because I love chunky flakey cod, the texture was firm and springy with a delicious salted taste because it was soaked in brine.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★

The veal was tender stuffed with creamy spinach in the middle.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Mojito semifreddo, peppermint jelly with jasmine tea sauce
The dessert was great, the mojito was refreshing balanced by the jasmine tea sauce and cooling peppermint jelly.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
