Having eaten at Gaylord in TST, we thought we would give their sister restaurant a go in Wan Chai. Nicely decorated from outside. Menu looked pretty good so went in to try. The first bit of food they brought us was an amuse bouche of chutney on a crisp bread. The bread tasted stale and the chutney was OK. Couldn't taste any spice. Then came the scallop starters. Then came our mains. The mixed grill was average. For starters, it was not sizzling hot as at their sister restaurant. The chicken tasted stale, the lamb was crumbly and cold, the prawn and salmon were OK. They forgot to our order of the Dal so we were left just eating the dal and the bread when it eventually came
We asked the guy at the beginning if there were any offers and he said no which was clearly a lie as there's 30% off if booked online.
Regardless, won't go back here. Will go back to Gaylord as it's multiples better.
