Good and budget desserts from a small dessert cafe in Tsing Yi. The cafe served both western and Chinese desserts but the western ones are their signatures. I tried their Baked Alaska this time. The chef turned the lights off before setting the flame on the dessert. Condensed milk was poured onto it afterwards. The meringue on top was smooth but not so fluffy. Although layers of cakes were absent inside with only vanilla icecream, it was tasty as a whole and the taste of rum was also distinctive
