The beef brisket is really tender and one thing I liked about it is that it's all brisket, not mixed with some tendons like some other places would do, because I do only like the brisket part.
Soup base is average and the hor is just like any other hor. Portion is normal.
A satisfactory meal but maybe a little bit over-rated & over-priced? I would give 5 stars to the beef brisket itself.
