Had the ginger soup noodles with pig’s liver and beef. Side: scrambled egg with butter toast. They prided on the “soft” butter toast but i actually prefer it crunchy and more toasted. But their toast was fresh and they gave you good butter rather than those horrible in bucket one. The ginger soup base for the noodle was good and flavorful. They were generous with the liver and beef and they were fresh. You could tell if the liver was fresh or chewy with a stale flavor. The lunch was $61 with hot
