Michelin one star located in PMQ!! Food was good but not much of a WOW 😯 Their other dishes are surprisingly better than their signature yellow chicken 🤣 drinks were bad tho we needed up getting white wine after cocktails but it is still ehAngel hair pasta, Kristal caviar , black truffle, kombu (10g) $488Perfect texture and the caviar is so fresh and yum. Much better than their chicken!! Super tender and juicy beef tenderloin with foie gras OMG 😱 The pommes soufflees (fried potato balls) are so crunchy and airy, big loveeeee!!!

I still havent tried all the 5 famous yellow chicken in HK🤣🤣 Zest has better yellow chicken than Louise tho- the one here is tad dry and not as smoky lol the rice and salad compliments are not as outstanding as i expected
